NEW COVID RULE: ARE WE LIMITED TO 6? No- we're not. Neither for adults or children as a COVID secure business who can ensure there is no mingling between participants.   • We can not provide Mixed Dance or Drama groups comprising of Under 18's and Over 18's 

  • We will need to display the official NHS QR code posters  so that customers can ‘check-in’ at different premises using this option as an alternative to providing their contact details once the app is rolled out nationally (from 24 September). This will take over from our current Dance App check in.

  • The Barre, when open will be table service. You can only order at the counter when we are serving just take aways.

  • A wider range of leisure and entertainment venues, services provided in community centres, and close contact services will be subject to the COVID-19 Secure requirements in law and fines of up to £10,000 for repeated breaches.

  • This means we must remind people to wear face coverings where mandated which will now also include when taking part in our parent toddler classes such as babyballet Tinies and LilBeatz LilBoppers.

  • Social distancing must be maintained within classes but also between sessions and around buildings. Adult classes especially will be split into groups of 5 with no groups mingling within a class.

It is now a LEGAL requirement for us to enforce the mitigation and control measures outlined in our COVID Secure Risk Assessment. Failure to do so and 'to relax' or 'let things slip' may be met with significant fines. This includes the wearing of face coverings or masks by all individuals aged 12+ when arriving at, departing from or moving around our building (not when undertaking exercise). It is recommended for younger children to wear face coverings or masks where possible. We thank you all for your patience and support during these difficulat times. An all over toning session follows to zap jiggly thighs , lift & tighten bums & tone upper arms & shouldered . Conditioning floorwork then focuses on abs & more legs & bums ! Using dumbbells and mats. Please provide own equipment or message me to loan mine for a small fee.  You can take this class at your own pace so it’s suitable for everyone at any fitness level.  £5 per class. Cash only. Simply Fit Fitness clssses for all abilities.  DM Maz on 07971818920 for more info or dumbbell loans.  Ballet Fusion £9 Mondays 7pm Ballet Fusion classes focus on building fitness, strength and flexibility through exercises based on the principles and techniques of classical ballet with combined elements of pilates and yoga. Our unique exercises have been developed to achieve maximum results with every movement. We expand on traditional ballet exercises such as pliés, balances and leg extensions to work as many muscle groups as possible whilst always activating the core and arms to really make the most of the hour-long class. Every exercise incorporates stretching to lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing (gym or yoga leggings or tights are perfect).
