The perfect style to give young people a way to articulate emotions, learn to work collaboratively and discover their artistic talents. Classes follow an organised structure working through exercises and routines, including floor and corner work.

High energy tap dancing to fun pop sounds and funky music – what’s not to love about this dance style?! Children will burn off that excess energy while vigorously tapping and increasing cardiovascular fitness, building muscle control, co-ordination, flexibility and strength. Not to mention the concentration, musicality and numerical skills required to keep up with the beat. All great brain development tools that will help with school, maths and language. Following a structured Stage Tap syllabus, the children will also get opportunity to use their own choreographic ideas to create amalgamations.

Commercial dance is the style you see in music videos, TV commercials, and live shows. In this fun fresh class the children get to experience different dance styles such as hip hop, jazz, locking, popping, and more. Each week they work on developing new choreography to some great popular age appropriate tunes.

LilBeatz make toddler dance classes cool and hip by adding an urban twist to all our classes. You and your Lil ones could be busting moves to the freshest new sounds of Lil Beatz… from Hip Hop to Raggae… Dancehall To RnB. The aim  is to have fun, become healthy, active and confident …with that Lil' extra swagg!

Our Kids Street Stars classes are designed as fun-filled sessions where children will learn to let go and express themselves to their favourite age-appropriate music from the charts and songs we all recognise. Our street dance teachers will help them understand rhythm, coordination; enhance numerical skills, teach basic moves and challenge the kids to try new steps & grooves. We also have a crew which is more competitive and attended by invite.

A creative approach to classical ballet, these session are perfect for children who wish to dance for pleasure but still in a structured manner, learning and honing their technique. We follow the Ballet Arts System of the Utah Ballet Academy for ages 6 through 15. Levels are determined by age and ability, and beautifully build on one another, with exercises from previous years made more complex and challenging as the student grows and develops mentally and physically.

Creative Ballet is a non competitive 'stepping-stone' class from babyballet where the children hone their fundamental natural movement skills into classical ballet technique. Instead of traditional examinations the children get the opportunity to perform to parents several times a year enhancing their choreographic skills, mime and musicality.

Utilising the latest dance science knowledge on class structure, dancer health and well-being the student will begin to learn how to function in a traditional ballet classroom setting, perfect classwork at the barre, learn proper preparations and finishes for exercises as well as being introduced to a class format that they will use for the remainder of their dance training. Dancers must show competence in all areas studied before progressions are developed through formal in house assessments.

Musical Theatre is our Show dance of a genre. As seen on television shows, movies, music videos, the West End and commercials. It is a fun energetic class bursting with technique, unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns.

The classes start with some fun warm up exercises and stretches before moving on to more creative activities. And at the end of the class we will be learning a short routine from a stage/screen musical.

This Dance class takes technique, musical theatre, expression and stage craft to the next level.

Your star will improve their dancing, singing, acting and improvisational skills  and not only will they be ready for the big stage opportunities, but they will also grow in confidence, creativity and independence.

Pom Cheer is a lively fun class. A combination of cheer leading techniques and dance routines. The kids love this class as they learn elements such a as proper kick lines, work with pom pom and even learn lifts and tricks. As the classes are built like squads these sessions are mixed ages as everyone has a role to play in the dance team.

Acrobatic Dance, or Acro as it is commonly referred to by dancers and dance professionals, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements.

Acro gained popularity with the wide spread success of the contemporary circus productions of Cirque du Soleil. Main stream media including dance television programs like ‘So You Think You Can Dance’, ‘America’s Best Dance Crew’ and ‘Dance Moms’ have further fuelled it’s demand in amateur competitive dance and studio settings.

Acro is an especially challenging style for dancers to master as training in both dance and acrobatic elements is required. Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength.

We currently run three levels for Acro utilizing Acrobatic Arts and the Acro Dance teachers Association sylabi. Everyone regardless of age will be require to do their trial in Acro level 1 intially (We have Kinder Acro for those under 5 years)
