To book your three week introductory trial online for £15 simply choose your prefered session form the timetable below, click on the class and complete the online instructions

After your trial you will receive more details on enrolling as a member. It is £10 to join and then depending on the number of classes you attend a week you can choose your monthly payment package starting at £27 a month over 10 months of the year.
