Dance Cirque Adult Workshops

Our beginner Dance Cirque camp for adults (16+)  will teach Silks, Aerial Hoop, Juggling, Hula Hooping, not to mention ALOT of body conditioning ready to tackle these skills...we can't wait to share the fun.

Dance Cirque is a physically challenging activity. Our trained instructors are here to support your through a throrough warm up, levelled skills and full cool down

To keep workshops as accesible as possible we have kept theprice down however, as a small busines should you feel you can contribute to the studio wit would be greatly appreciated.
