Snug Meeting/treatment room- Monday - Friday - £20 (For Sunday bookings please email: info@dansci.co.uk for avalibiltiy Snug (Meeting/treatment Space)- 5.91 X 4.16 Suitable for: Private singing/music lessons Treatment ie massage Meetings HDMI Wifi connectable projector upon request Tables upon request Bluetooth speaker upon request Kitchenette (refresshments upon request) Seperate toilet By hiring DanSci Dance Studio it is presumed that you hold adequate Liability insurance, relevant music licence, CRB/DBS check where applicable. DanSci Dance Studio reserves the right to request evidence of documentation. DanSci Dance Studio reserves the right to amend or cancel you booking with due notice, any fees paid will be fully refundable. If the person/company making the booking cancels with less than 7 days notice, no refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy
By booking studio space at DanSci Dance Studio, the hirer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Bookings & Payment All studio hire must be booked through the official booking system and is confirmed once full payment has been received. All bookings are non-refundable. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to request rescheduling. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full booking fee being retained. Use of Studio Studios may only be used for the activity stated in the booking. Bookings may not be transferred or sublet without permission from DanSci. Footwear To protect our specialist dance flooring, outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited inside studios. Only clean indoor dance footwear or bare feet are permitted. The hirer is responsible for ensuring all participants follow this rule. Equipment Hirers may use the installed Bluetooth sound systems. All equipment must be used responsibly and left as found. Care of Property The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all participants and must leave the studio clean and tidy. Any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning required will be the responsibility of the hirer and may incur additional charges. Liability & Safety All activities are undertaken at the hirer’s own risk. DanSci accepts no responsibility for injury, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during studio hire sessions. The hirer is responsible for participant safety and providing appropriate first aid provision if required. Insurance If the hire involves teaching, coaching, or organised group activity, the hirer is responsible for holding appropriate public liability insurance and relevant professional qualifications where required. Child Safeguarding Where activities involve children or vulnerable participants, the hirer is fully responsible for appropriate supervision, safeguarding procedures, and DBS compliance where applicable. DanSci staff are not responsible for supervising participants during private hire. Conduct DanSci is a shared creative environment. All hirers must respect the space, staff, and other studio users. DanSci reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking if these terms are breached. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and professional dance environment for everyone at DanSci.
