Service Description
Acro for adults’ classis for people who have no previous experience in acrobatic dance. During this class you will learn skills in handstands, tumbling and acrobatic balancing. We recommend booking our Acro class pass and attending for the full month to get the most out of this class and the best value for money. We offer a single class option for those who cannot always commit to a full month but want to start or continue their Acro journey. A style in its own right, these moves will greatly enhance your dance skills and general strength & flexibility. Not to mention the class is a great way to get fit while having some fun! Always wanted to try some of those tricks from Cirque du Soliel? Or just wanted to fulfill a childhood dream of executing a cartwheel? These sessions will help you achieve this in a safe, controlled progressive manner.

Cancellation Policy
•All chargeable classes or courses, must be paid for at the time of booking. Transfers & refunds will only apply if at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is given and at company discretion. • Please check in at reception prior to class even if you booked online. If you arrive after the scheduled start time of a class, the instructor reserves the right to deny entry if deemed unsafe
