We are excited to celebrate a special day with fun, music, and dancing! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that every attendee completes the following form. This will help us understand any special needs or requirements, and it also gives us permission to capture memories of the event. Please take a moment to fill out the form below. Photo & Video Consent

By entering DanSci Limited and participating in one of our party events you consent to DanSci Limited taking photographs and/or video recordings in connection with DanSci Limited and using the

photograph and/or recording for all purposes, including advertising and promotional purposes.


Participation waives the right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.


As part of some of our party packages a keepsake video is provided directly to the host for their personal use. DanSci Limited cannot hold responsibility on how the party host disseminates the photographs/ or recordings provided to them.


You may withdraw this consent at any time by advising DanSci Limited in writing to info@dansci.co.uk or our postal address as advertised upon our website.

  • I confirm that I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol and accept that I must not participate in any Activities if I have consumed any alcohol or drugs prior to attending.

  • I understand that while all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure safety during the event, DanSci Limited cannot accept liability for any injuries or accidents unless caused by negligence on our part.

  • I accept responsibility for any personal belongings waiving DanSci Limited of any claims to loss or damage of such items.

  • I will adhere to all the relevant safety policies as set out by DanSci Limited and available on their website.
